PUSH B: [ Ссылка ]
Alright here are the 2 push workouts that I currently do on my push legs pull split. This video will cover Push A, and my next video which I will post literally 1 second after this one will cover Push B. First, I begin with a flat chest press for the middle chest. Personally I prefer using a machine that does utilize more of a neutral grip as it will allow you to keep your elbows a bit more tucked, but something like this with a little bit more elbow flare can also work just fine. And of course if you have neither, a horizontal converging press will also work, or even some good ol dumbbells. After that, I move onto low-high flys for the upper chest, ideally I would do an upper chest press with back support, however I am not a fan of the one at my gym, so instead I just use cables. And then staying at the cable machine, I push the handles up and do some high to low flys this time for the lower chest. Again you could opt for a decline machine, but I’m just not really a fan of the one at my gym. Then for shoulders I do some seated shoulder press for the front delt. I personally would always choose a good machine over dumbbells, but my gym literally just got rid of theirs so I am stuck again with the latter. Then for the side delts I throw in some single arm machine lateral raises with a slight tilt towards the working side so that you are lifting in the scapular plane. Of course if you don’t have this, then some regular dumbbell side raises will work fine. And finally onto triceps, I just do some cable cross body extensions, and then some of these bad boys which I don’t really know what they’re called but work pretty well. And that is Push A, again at this point Push B has now already been posted so go watch that.
