I thought it was about time for a recipe. This No Churn Christmas Ice Cream is a winner. It's so light and also so easy to make. A lovely alternative to a Christmas pudding. Or... just a lovely addition to a hot mince pie!
I also made chocolate orange ice cream too. Just take your pick of flavours.
