There are a lot of tweets and threads in the Microsoft support forum asking how to sync my Outlook Calendars to my Microsoft Teams calendar. Often, the underlying reason for the question is that the Microsoft Teams calendar only shows your default Outlook calendar (the calendar named "Calendar").
Events on on your non-default Outlook calendars (any calendars you manually created, that were shared with, that you imported via URL, etc.) will not sync to the Microsoft Teams calendar.
Worse, when your teammates view your availability using the Microsoft Teams Scheduling Assistant, they will see that you are free at when you are actually busy on one of your other calendars.
You can use CalendarBridge ([ Ссылка ]) to sync your other calendars to your default Outlook calendar (wither with details, or just "free/busy") so that all your events show up in the Microsoft Teams calendar and you stop getting double booked via the Microsoft Teams Scheduling Assistant.
If you are also wondering how you can sync your Google calendar to Microsoft Teams, the answer is the same. Use CalendarBridge to sync your Google Calendar to your default Outlook calendar. Then you can see your true schedule in the Microsoft Teams calendar and your teammates will see your true free/busy time across all your calendars.
