Stopadoodledoo group ride: Garburn Pass and Kentmere MTB loop
For the longest time, I said I wouldn't organise a group ride, citing the hassle of setting them up, faffing, worrying whether everyone was enjoying themlselves, etc. However, I thought the time was finally right and boy, am I glad I did.

Garburn Pass is one of the Lake District classic MTB routes. As long as mountain bikes have existed, people have been riding over it and enjoying the trails in Kentmere Valley. The pass itself is rough and pretty technical in places but let's be honest, I was never going to organise a group ride at a trail centre.

I was stunned and pretty humbled when 21 people turned up to the ride and as you will hopefully see, everyone really enjoyed themselves. The weather was even kind to us, apart from the blustery wind!
