This piece to me feels like a condensed, flashier version of the famous 'The Fountain' by Carl Bohm - and it could serve as a nice little encore piece.

Jules Egghard (1834-1867), also known as Julius Egghard, was an Austrian pianist and composer. He composed more than 250 salon pieces. He was a pupil of Carl Czerny and Simon Sechter, and in 1851, he was the soloist in the premiere of Schubert's Wanderer Fantasy (arranged by Liszt for piano and orchestra) in Weimar. La rosée de perles (The Dew of Pearls), Op.34 is subtitled 'Impromptu de salon'.
