Pouring a Guinness clone from my make shift stout tap that I made for a picnic tap
75%nitrogen 25% CO2 at 28 psi on keg
I took and ordered a stout faucet, stout straightener, and a restrictor plate from my local home brew store, I believe they ordered parts fromhttp://www.micromatic.com/search.aspx?q=Stout%20faucet
I bought the other parts from lowes and pieced it together.
A bottling spigot was cut to run from picnic tap and stout tap It fits in both perfect then I slid a extending rainbird sprinkler over the spigot because the threads match perfect to the stout faucet. Then as you see I added the clear flex PVC over sprinkler and picnic tap.
The gas is 75%nitrogen 25% CO2 at between 32- and 38 psi I found you get the perfect pour. At lower psi the cascade effect goes quickly
Hope this helps!
