This is an easy 20 minute gentle workout, designed to improve strength in your legs. This whole workout routine is done in a seated position, so it's great for beginners, those who experience pain or difficulty when standing, and those confined to a wheelchair. These moves will help you gain strength in your lower body, needed for activities such as walking, getting up out of chairs, going up/down steps, etc. Do what you can and modify when needed.
