Welcome to our channel! Today, we're sharing an incredibly soft and moist butter cake recipe that's perfect for any occasion. This classic butter cake is rich, flavorful, and easy to make, with a tender crumb that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups unsalted butter,
1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs,
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup (240ml) whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch yellow food colour
*Instructions*
:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 11X3 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, add eggs one by one and beat with whisk then add sugar and combine well. Add butter and sugar keep on mixing until light and fluffy.
In the Same bowl sift flour whisk together the flour, baking powder.
Add milk, Mix until just combined.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add pinch of yellow food colour ,give a good mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
