In the search to find a high-end yoga mat, I ordered the Liforme mat and was very disappointed in the quality and the deceptive difference in the color of the mat than was represented on their website. The color of the mat on the website was a mint green color. (I note that since I ordered this mat, Liforme changed their photos of this mat on their website to be more representative of the actual bright green color). Also, the alignment lines on the mat were flat and not textured as claimed. Who wants to keep looking down at their feet in an asana when you should be able to "feel" like you're in perfect alignment? After all, that was the whole point of ordering this very expensive mat. And the yoga mat bag that comes with the mat is not even worth $10! It was was so cheaply constructed and the shoulder pad was sewn to the end of the bag. Wow, no quality control whatsoever.
After speaking with a rep from the company and sending her this video, she stated that this mat was a defective product and agreed to pay for return shipping and refunded my money in full. What a waste, but at least it was resolved. I really do not recommend this mat at all or any yoga mat that you cannot see, touch and smell.
