Hey guys nick here and today I am going to show you how to tie your running shoes to reduce heel wear and the best part is NO MORE BLISTERS.
I had been tying my running shoes all wrong and will never go back after this.
So I am going to show you the runners knot and heel lock. This method gives you a little tighter fit and cinches down your heel in the back of the shoe.
Okay so you all have probably noticed the extra hole here on the running shoe and have never used it. I did the same thing myself for years.
Okay so the way we are going to lace up these shoes is stop once we get to the last hole. Then from there we are going to put the lace back through and create a little hoop at the top. This hoop is what cinches down your heel and gives you such a better fit. Then you take the laces and put it through the hoop on the other side.
This creates an effect where the laces are pulling the back of the shoe to the front of the shoe and creates a much better fit.
