This simple yet super tasty dish is full of flavour and best served with slightly toasted fresh bread.

INGREDIENTS

10gr of pea cress
3 eggs
A touch of chopped garlic
Olive oil
1 sliced bread for croutons


Saute the pea cress in a non stick pan with oil and chopped garlic for about 10 second. Season them. Add the eggs and start to mix them with a wood spoon until are cooked but soft. Pour on a plate and garnish with a slice of toasted bread.
