Welcome to Surfdome's new SURFIT Yoga Series, in collaboration with Lucy Foster-Perkins of Yoga For City Surfers.
With 6 classes in total, our yoga workouts will help you to develop and maintain strength, stretch and surfing flexibility for when you're away from the water. The yoga series is perfect for doing at home and is suited to surfing and yoga beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced yogis and landlocked surfers.
Class 2 is all about Lower back.
