It’s Day #15 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Get ready to strengthen and sculpt your lower body and core while mixing in HIIT cardio intervals. Start back to basics with strength, then add a HIIT interval to keep your heart pumping. Alternate between circuits for legs, glutes, and hips, with abs and obliques. This workout uses dumbbells and/or kettlebells and optional mini bands, but it can also be done by body weight only.
