⇨ To perform a Suicide Switch-Grip Plyometric Pull-Up...
1. Grasp the outside handles of pull up bar with a palms facing away grip, just outside shoulder width, and hang at arm’s length.
2. Contract your core and lats and explosively pull your chest to the bar, then let go of the bar to hoist your body up higher.
3. Catch the inside bars on the way back down and lower your body back to the starting position with fully extended arms.
4. Repeat catching the outside bars on the way back down alternating after each “suicide” switch.
