20 minutes EMOM workout including Squat, Push Press and Thrusters.
You can swap the Kettlebells for Dumbbells or a Bar.
Complete following exercises within the minute for 20 minutes in total (rest for remaining time before starting next exercise)
- Equipment: Kettlebells (I'm using 28kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: 20 Rounds EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
1) 4x Squats - 4x Push Press - 4x Thrusters
*for extra challenge can add 5/10 rounds.
