To enable creative mode simply:
1. Go to your world
2. Press escape
3. click multiplayer settings
4. click enable lan
5. make sure cheats are enabled
6. type "/gamemode 1"
done!
TO ENABLE CREATIVE : /gamemode 1
TO ENABLE SURVIVAL : /gamemode 0
