Welcome to this 15-minute daily full body focused yoga flow designed to bring some nourishing me-time during your festive season 🧘♀️✨
Start your practice seated as we gently warm up the wrists, shoulders, and spine, setting the foundation for a nourishing practice. Transition into standing postures, building some heat through postures like Warrior Three, Half Moon, and the (hopefully!) playful 'tying the shoelaces' or 'putting a climbing shoe on' balance. My invitation is to embrace those wobbles as we stand on one foot, lifting the opposite knee as high as we can.
As we wind down, return to a seated position for passive stretches. Explore a gentle chest opener and a forward fold, release tension with side bends. Finishing the moving part of the practice with hip 'openers'.
Conclude this daily flow in a relaxation position, allowing the body to settle, breathing through the nose 🌟✨
