Alison Schram, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, provides an overview of her highlights from the 2023 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2023, including findings from a Phase I trial (NCT05216432) of RLY-2608, a novel PI3Kα inhibitor, in patients with solid tumors. Dr Schram additionally highlights findings from FIGHT-207 trial (NCT03822117) of pemigatinib in FGFR-mutant tumors, as well as novel advances in ATR inhibitors.
