With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) keeping people around the world away from gyms, we thought we'd start bringing you some at-home workouts that can be done with minimal gear. NOBODY is better at creating these simple, yet effective, workouts than Inger Houghton.
Inger demonstrates this At-Home Tabata Workout using only a kettlebell (a dumbbell could be used for this routine as well).
The Workout:
Tabata- "20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF for 4 Minutes"
1. Single arm thruster left
2. Lunge with rotation left
3. Bent over row left
4. 3-Step lateral lunge w/reach left
5. Single arm thruster right
6. Lunge with rotation right
7. Bent over row right
8. 3-Step lateral lunge w/reach right
