In this video you will be shown how to work out the faces, edges and vertices of a cylinder. First start by counting the faces, these are the surfaces that make the cylinder. A cylinder has 3 faces altogether (2 circular faces, and 1 rectangular face). Next work out how many edges the cylinder has. These are where two faces meet. You will find that a cylinder has 2 edges. Next count the corners of the cylinder, these are the corner of the 3D shape. A cylinder does not have any vertices.
