Hello friends. Welcome to another video. In this video I am going to share with you 37 things I don't own as a mindful minimalist.
I've been living mindfully for a few years now. I stopped excessive shopping and impulsive buying and brought my attention to things that I already had. I've also replaced some things with more versatile and eco-friendly alternatives. Simplifying my life brought a lot of joy to it as well as a lot of free time which I could use for self-development, studying and reconnecting with my loved ones.
