Comparing my 'adequate' (i.e. normal range / optimal) vitamin D level after a UK winter without a holiday with my very high level after 2 weeks of winter sun a year ago. Explaining results in relation to seasonal vit D averages for the English population, tables / charts / guidelines, recommendations about deficiency (SACN & NIH), and research articles. I got my winter sunlight UVB exposure on holiday in Lanzarote (Canary Islands) which is at 29°N - a low latitude similar to that of central Florida in the USA. I don't take any supplements.
