Yummiest recipe I could share. No wonder these finished as soon as came out of the oven. the most delicious soft custard buns I've ever eaten.

ingredients for dough
Milk 200ml.(1 cup). Sugar 50g (1/4 cup).
Yeast 2 tsp. ( 10g). Oil 1 tbsp).
1 egg white.
All purpose flour 500g ( 2 1/2 cups).
Salt 1 1/2 tsp ( 7g).
Butter 40g ( 4 tbsp).
Ingredients for custard;
milk 500 ml. (2 1/2 cups).
1 egg yolk. Sugar 50g ( 1/4 cup).
Vanilla 1 tsp (5ml).
Custard powder 30g( 3 tbsp).
My cup is 200 ml (200g)
my teaspoon is 5g(ml).
my table spoon is 10g (ml).
baking time 25 minutes 180 degree celcius preheated oven.

Knead it for few minutes.

Lubricate the bowl with vegetable.
Cover it to rise for 45 minutes.
In a saucepan add milk 500 ml. (2 1/2 cups).

Whisk it for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Until it gets thick.
Let it cool down completely.
The dough rose well.
Divide it into 8 equal parts.
Shape them into balls.
Roll it out flat.
Cut it in the middle.
Spread the prepared custard in.
Fold it in 3 layers.
Roll them up round
Let's make them all the same way.
