Mountain is a popular foundational pose that is in virtually every yoga class. Mountain Pose is sometimes used as a resting posture, a transitional posture, and a pose that allows you to check-in with your breath.
Although this pose looks very simple from the outside observer, there is actually A LOT of great internal work going on. Mountain Pose can help us improve our posture, and can help us find more strength and stability in our body.
We are going to build our “mountain” from the ground up.
