Green Chilli Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:-
300 gm Green Chillies (use non/low spice chillies)
100 ml White Vinegar
50 ml Mustard Oil/ Olive Oil/ any your choice oil
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Paprika / Red chilly powder (Optional for coloring)
Method:-
1. Wash and split cut chillies into lengthwise keep aside.
2. Heat oil on medium slow fire/heat add Salt and Vinegar and stir little bit and immediately add Green Chillies.
3. Keep stirring on low heat around 3 minutes/ until tender soft.
4. Add Paprika/ Red Chilli powder (optional for best looks only)
5. Mix nicely and remove from heat and let it to be cool completely on room temperature.
6. Fill into Airtight container and leave it overnight at room temperature before use.
