This is a 60 minute gentle and meditative vinyasa flow class with less detailed alignment cues for those who have an established practice or you're reasonably familiar with vinyasa yoga. Class begins with a seated 5 minute mediation to establish a connection to your breath and find a spacious feeling in your body and mind. Progressing with some reclined hip openers to warm the lower body and a mandala of standing vinyasa's circling around your mat. Physically opening the hips and shoulders, warming the legs before reclining and turning upside down (legs up, shoulder stand or headstand options). Class concludes with cooling forward folds and twists to release the spine and prepare for shavasana. Enjoy!
