In this tutorial I show you guys how to select PAL or NTSC from GoPro Hero 5/Hero 6 settings.

WHEN DO WE USE PAL or NTSC?

This setting depends on the electric frequency of your Country.

- NTSC: For America and Japan (60Hz)
- PAL: For rest of the world (50Hz)

Pro Tip: Using NTSC will give you higher frame rates 30/60 fps vs PAL 25/50 fps. So, your choice will mainly depend whether or not you are filming indoors with fluorescent lights.
