In this presentation, Dr. Mary Jane Logan McCallum shares the story of Brian Sinclair, a middle-aged, non-Status Anishinaabe resident of Winnipeg, who was left untreated and unattended to at a hospital and ultimately died from an easily treatable infection. Through Sinclair's story, McCallum shares the history of racialized medicine in Canada.
