The combination of this unique METAXA 12 Stars amber spirit, with Fiorente Italian Elderflower, makes a stunning tasting cocktail. It's a must try!

Ingredients:
50mL METAXA 12 Stars
15mL Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
10mL Lemon Juice
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Top up with Mediterranean Tonic Water
Lemon slice
Cucumber slices
Ice

Method:
Build all ingredients into a tall glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist and slices of cucumber.

Bartender’s Tip:
Try Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, if not available use normal tonic water. Swap lemon slice for orange.
