Adrenaline junkies on the goal coast have got more than what they bargained for after a stoppage on a rollercoaster at Movie World.
The coaster was stuck midway on the track and people on the ride were forced to sit patiently.
It was triggered by a fly-away scarf, which became entangled around one of the wheels.
In a statement, Warner Bros Movie World said its team regularly trains for situations like this and understands that “ride stoppages can be frustrating for guests.”
“The ride operator and the ride's safety systems have done what they are trained and designed to do, and all the guests on-board are safe with the ride vehicle stopped in a designated zone,” the statement read.
