In this episode, I am demonstrating the process of preparing "3D Voronoi" fractured objects for Geometry Nodes.
For the fracturing, I am using this addon that comes with Blender called "Cell Fractures". This is probably the quickest to get 3D voronoi fracture on any 3D mesh, all you need to do is to have particle scattered as volume. Then with a single click you have all the fractured parts of the geometry.
Using the magic of Geometry Nodes, you can then use Collection and bring back all the fractured objects as instances and as a single piece of geometry. Inside Geometry Nodes, you can do more with each instance: Translate Instance, Rotate Instance, Scale Instance nodes to create "exploded view", for example.
