Safty: Always lay down or sit down, in safe envyroment.
The Breating technique:
1.) start to observe your breath
2.) relax your body, with exhalation let go the tension
3.)calm down your mind, just observ the toughts and emotions, be aware you are the one who is observing
Make a deep breathing, fully in and letting go easily, till you feel intense sensations, than make a last exhalation and hold your breath.
When comes the feeling, you need to inhale again, make one deep long inhalation and hold it, as long you like.
And again go in to the breathing part, and repeat and repet.
On daily basis its enough to make 3-4 rounds of this, this is how one round looks like:
(1.) Breathing 2.)retention 3.) inhalation and holding
