Learn about the Firefox password manager and how you can change firefox password settings.
Your Firefox browser has a manager that saves the usernames and passwords you use to access websites.
When you try to sign in to a website for the first time, the password manager pops up a small window on the upper left side of the page asking you if you want Firefox to remember the password.
NB: If you choose the 'Never Remember ' option, then change your mind later, you can go to the security and password settings to change it as illustrated in the video.
NBB: Some websites will offer to save your password on the page interface.
To view and Delete Saved Passwords:
Go to the options window
Click on the saved passwords tab
Click on security panel
Click on the saved passwords button.
To see a password, select it and click 'Show'
Tosearch a password, use the search box at the top.
You can delete a saved password by selecting it and clicking 'Remove'
Firefox also allows users to protect their passwords with a master password.
Go to options
Security
Select the 'Use master password' check box.
Then you can define a password to protect your passwords.
