Want to create email templates on Gmail? Having templates, also known as canned responses, for your most common emails is a fantastic way to save time and be more productive.
Use email templates for customer service responses, client booking or onboarding, billing issues, etc.
To enable templates:
1. Go to Gmail settings (cogwheel)
2. Go to the advanced tab
3. Click enable under Templates
4. Click save changes
Now that the option is turned on, you can draft an email and save that email with the subject line as a template and reuse it in the future!
