There has never been a more dominant reign at the BNP Paribas Open than when Roger Federer owned the title from 2004 to 2006. He capped off his three-peat with a straight-set 7-5, 6-3, 6-0 victory over James Blake. During the 18-match winning streak, the longest in BNP Paribas Open history, Federer only lost two sets: to Andre Agassi in the 2004 semifinal and to Olivier Rochus in the third round of 2006.
