Today we are workout on getting those slim, toned arms! This workout has some great arm exercises for flabby arms if you prefer doing bodyweight exercises. If you are a beginner then this workout is perfect for you to get rid of that bit of flab underneath the arm! Do this workout for 1 week and see the results! As a beginner, I would suggest doing this workout everyday and also incorporate some HIIT & Cardio. This will help you to lose fat fast!

The structure for this workout:
- 7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF)
- 2 SETS
- 30 sec REST in between sets
