In this video I'll show you some Strength Conditioning with Kali Sticks. Some of the exercises may look easy to execute, but believe me, all of them are quite challenging. How many reps and sets of an exercises you will make depends entirely on you and where you're at. Stick workout exercises are great for strength training and conditioning in general, you can also improve your mobility level, it really just depends what kind of exercises you chose to make.
Is a stick workout for fitness worth to try? I guess you know my answer. You want to have stick workout for abs? There are quite a few exercises in the video that attack not just the abs, but the whole body!
Remember, that the shown Stick exercises should be executed with great care, because you can easily hurt your fingers, knuckles and wrists. My advice is to not execute the exercises to the point of muscle exhaustion, because your technique will collapse and this means, that you are going to hurt yourself.
As you can see, stick fighting strength training can be physically very demanding, so be sure to design your Kali Stick workout in a systematic way. This means that you have to master the easy exercises first.
The shown stick exercises can be also classified as a cool stick workout for abs and who doesn't want to have great abs? Are this stick exercises for men only? I don't think so, but it's true, that women have to put in most cases more effort into their training, to reach this level.
The good thing about escrima sticks is, that they are cheap and that you can make your stick workout at home, in your hotel room, actually anywhere.
