Why we’re doing this is because the biggest complaints with deadlifts are people either have lower back problems or are too afraid of blowing their back out....so they end up never deadlifting.😩
However, with the right form, deadlifting is one of the most important lifts for the body.
It increases size, muscle strength, strengthens the connective tissue and bone density, and releases more growth hormone and testosterone as well as boosting. 😳
It’s also one of the greatest exercises to use when you're coming back from a bad back.
