Fried rice is a very popular item on the menu all over the world. It's well known for its taste and varieties. There are so many types of fried rice in the world but there is still some room for any adventure. This is my own slightly modified recipe for fried rice for our desi taste. Making fried rice sound difficult but actually, it's very simple to cook. Fried rice is also known for using leftover rice so when you don't feel to cook, why not use this simple recipe to make a lunch/dinner. It takes only 15/20 min.
