In this episode, we had the chance to speak with Jane Hatton, the Founder and CEO of Evenbreak, TEDx speaker, and Author. Jane has worked within diversity and inclusion since the 1990s and began focusing on disability in 2004. Evenbreak, a social enterprise she founded in 2011, is run by and for people with disabilities. They focus on inclusive hiring practices for employers and candidate resources, which include mentoring, events, and more.
