A quick explanation video today! Many of you in my in-person classes have been asking me to create a routine to get you to your splits. Here it is!
With consistent practice, you'll get a long way. Do know that all bodies are different, all hips are shaped differently. When you feel the pain of compression, do yourself a favor and back off.
