4 OcoBiomedical implants placed immediatey after extracting with the Anglevator. The patient did not remove the immediate denture for 1 week! Due to language barrier/misunderstanding, then wasn't seen for 3 months, which may have led to the bone loss around the 5mm implant. Locator attachments were placed at 3-4 months.
