Some of the patients are finding leftover #ozempic in their own device after completing the 4 dozens from their pen device.
This doesn't mean that their injection technique is wrong or that there is a faulty pen device.
It simply means that they have not done an air shot at the beginning of each dose which is considered standard practice to detect functionality of pen device prior to each injection.
If 4 air shots are not done, then they accumulate together at the end of 4 dozens as a small amount of leftover medication.
This is not equate for a full additional dose and can be discarded.
