2 tubes soft white tofu (eggless)
5 tablespoons cornflour
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
100g minced frozen/dried mushrooms
2 tablespoons sesame seed oil or any vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1/2 cup mixed vegetables- carrots, green peas, corn
2 teaspoons mushroom stock granules
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 cup water
Thickening- 2 teaspoons cornflour+2 tablespoons water
