If you are in the THIRD trimester of your pregnancy and enjoy PILATES, then this workout is for you! I designed this prenatal pilates workout specifically for the 3rd trimester! We will strengthen the core, relax the pelvic floor, practice breathing techniques and tone the entire body. All of this is important for birth. While this workout is especially nice in the third trimester, you can also do it in your first or second trimester!
