If you have been to the shop then you know we rent out almost every bike we own. It’s a great way to earn extra cash, and to keep the motorcycles that don’t get ridden as often in good riding condition.
95% of the experiences we have had with renters have been flawless. We have met a lot of great people, and because we go above and beyond for our customers, we have made repeat customers and even gained a couple members from renting. However, it’s not always good times, and that’s what we are talking about today - the other 5% that you wish never walked into your shop, as well as some of the damages that have happened. We talk about the customers that did the right thing vs the wrong thing after something goes down, and how we handle it.
Let us know in the comments- would you rent your bike out to others? Why or why not?
