Weather fluctuations, whether it is hot weather or a cold weather or humid weather, there will be a lot of adaptation in the body, where our immune system is triggered, where our body temperature control in our body is triggered. The body has various mechanisms to adapt to the temperature fluctuation in the environment. So cold weather is not as such bad for health, but if the person’s body is not able to adapt to the change in the temperatures. That means the body has to generate some heat to adapt to the cold environment or the body and to have a change of hormone or the body has to have enough nourishment to tackle the cold weather, there should not be any problem. If the person is predisposed to any allergies or of the person is predisposed if the nutrition is no enough, if their no insulation in the body or if there is some medical problem leading to some adaptation problem to the environment, then the patient will fall sick, the patient will have problems to get out into the cold weather, they will want to generate more heat and want to wear warm clothes, have room temperature regulator, have drinks which are warmer and more in temperature. There are various ways how the patient will adapt to the cold weather and not necessary that the cold weather will cause bad health.
