More Details on the CR-HM06: [ Ссылка ]
Thanks to Fishband Products for this pre-market sample to test! On first impressions - and with stats like a 6.14g stock spool - this CDM (Chinese Domestic Market) BFS reel could be a fantastic offering for the ultralight lure fishing enthusiast.
The article (linked above) contains information on the bearings sizes if you love to modify and upgrade your reels. It also contains all of the vital statistics.
Also - following its initial release - I've found that the reel is now offered at a lower price point and my affiliate link (which earns me modest, but essential, commission without adding to the cost you pay using a non-affiliate link for that product) is given below so you can check out current pricing and availability:

Fishband (sometimes listed as iFishband!) have really created something interesting with this reel. The use of more expensive aircraft aluminium for the reel body - and for the ported, ultra-light stock spool (vying for the absolute lightest on the market) is a significant departure from the model of aiming for reducing the retail price as the absolute priority.
The colour scheme, lightness of the spool and highly specialised Bait Finesse System application of this reel invites comparisons with one of the current "reigning champions" of the ultimate BFS reel (the Diawa Alphas Air TW 20). Here's the twist though, the Fishband Clamber Hyper Micro CR-HM06 is reported to cost less than half the normal price of the Alphas Air...
So, that creates a really interesting dilemma for the BFS angler - if it more than half as good as the Alphas Air; but costs less than half the price - which do you buy??
I look forward to getting out and casting with this reel as soon as I can (subscribe to the channel to get notified of updated videos in this series).
In the meantime, check out my first impressions in the video,
Paul
