Christian Meditation.
To meditate the Christian way, do this:
First pray to the Lord Jesus and ask him for his wisdom, understanding and interpretation of the Holy Scriptures. Next, read the verse in context. Then empty your mind of all else and repeat the verse over and over again, repetitively, focusing on nothing but the word of God, for a deeper, richer understanding of the Holy Scriptures.
