Hi welcome back to Bubble.T!!! Happy Canada Day!! Since it's summer here, I have got you a 4-ingredient Healthy Berry Smoothie!! It's insanely delicious, easy and healthy!!! Don't spend money on smoothie outside, make it yourself!!

What you need:
3/4 cup of milk
1 chopped frozen banana or Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries (make sure the frozen fruits does not contain any sugar in the package) or any frozen fruits you prefer
1 Tablespoon of honey

Blend them all together and enjoy!! :3
